JOHN L. GIVOGRE, M.D.

Dr. John Givogre was born and grew up in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. He was accepted into the University of Michigan's Integrated Premedical-Medical Program(Inteflex) after high school, and completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees at Michigan.

He proceeded to do his internship at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan and then moved to Baltimore, where he completed his residency in anesthesiology and accredited fellowship in pain medicine, both at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He then moved to Gainesville in 1994, where he has since practiced interventional pain treatment, treating thousands of patients.

Dr. Givogre is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in both anesthesiology and pain medicine, and also by the American Board of Pain Medicine.

JOHN JAQUES, P.A.

John Jaques grew up in Wichita, KS. After obtaining a B.S in Biology from Kansas State University, he attended Wichita State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant.

Mr. Jaques also holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and Fitness Management. He has worked in the Atlanta area since 1987 in a variety of patient care settings. Since the year 2000, he has dedicated himself solely to the practice of Pain Medicine.

MATTHEW DOVIE, P.A.

Matthew Dovie attended Virginia Tech where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology graduating summa cum laude. He obtained his Physician Assistant Certification and graduated magna cum laude with a Master’s Degree in Health Sciences from the George Washington University School of Medicine.

Mr. Dovie spent 2 years gaining valuable orthopedic training at the South Florida Institute of Sports Medicine.
Mr.Dovie has 7 years experience treating patients in the interventional pain setting.
